Overview:

At the Republic Day Parade in Mumbai on January 26, 2023, Bluebox Events had the honor of designing and producing the Govt. of Maharashtra’s Urban Development Ministry’s float. The float visually represented the “Clean City, Green City” mission of the Government of Maharashtra, using cutting-edge robotic cleaning technologies, urban beautification through street art, and smart sanitation solutions.

Project Highlights:

• 36-foot long float entirely made of real green plants and eco-friendly materials

• Choreographed performance by 26 dancers

Our Approach:

• Sustainable Design: We used natural foliage and eco-friendly materials to align with the float’s theme, bringing the "Clean City, Green City" message to life in a tangible way.

• Technological Innovation: The float highlighted the futuristic robotic cleaning technologies and smart urban solutions employed by the government, making it both visually appealing and informative.

• Thematic Presentation: With a custom-composed theme song and a troupe of dancers performing synchronized routines, we created a captivating and cohesive presentation that engaged the audience and communicated the city’s modernization efforts.

• Turnkey Solution: Bluebox Events was responsible for the design, production, and operation of the float, delivering the project within strict timelines despite complex logistical requirements.

Impact:
The float was a standout in the Republic Day Parade, symbolizing Maharashtra's forward-thinking urban development initiatives. It emphasized sustainability, innovation, and cultural pride while being a visually striking representation of the state’s goals.
