Overview:

The Maharashtra Ophthalmology Society organized its 43rd Annual Conference (MOSCON 2023) in Kolhapur, bringing together over 1600 doctors, national and international speakers, and industry leaders. After a gap of two decades, this conference returned to the region, with a large-scale format.

Challenges:

• Complexity: Managing concurrent sessions, live surgery relays, 3D projection, and an expansive exhibition floor
